What we collect

If you fill in the estimate form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and description of the problem that you type into it. That is the whole list. We ask for it so we can call you back about your plumbing, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to do that.

If you only read the site, we collect anonymous usage statistics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site or search sent you. This is measured in aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Who else sees it

The estimate form is delivered by JotForm, which stores submissions on our behalf so none of them get lost. Usage statistics are measured with Google Analytics. Both providers handle this data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketing companies, and we do not send newsletters. The only reason we contact you is the job you asked us about.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as they are useful for servicing and warranty history. If you would like yours deleted, call 770-516-2977 and ask, and we will remove it.

Cookies

This site shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working normally.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
