Residential Plumbing Services

Same-day service in Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, and Woodstock. No project is too big or too small, and you always get a written estimate before any work begins.

How the free estimate works: call us, describe the problem, and get written pricing you approve before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

Water Heaters

Gas, electric, and tankless water heaters installed, repaired, and replaced, including the thermal expansion tank and haul-away of your old unit.

What to expect. Tell us roughly how old the unit is, whether it runs on gas or electric, and what it is doing. The old heater comes out, the new one goes in, and a thermal expansion tank is fitted where code calls for one. You get the price in writing before any of that starts.

Why Eastridge. A water heater ties into your water supply, your gas or electrical supply, and its own venting, which is why it is Master Plumber work rather than a handyman job. Johnny does the install himself, so the person who quoted it is the person fitting it.

When to call us

  • Popping or rumbling sounds from the tank
  • Rusty or smelly hot water
  • Pilot light won't stay lit
  • Running out of hot water faster than you used to
  • Water pooling around the base

Drain & Sewer Cleaning

Clogged drains and sewer lines cleared, with video camera inspection to find the real problem instead of guessing.

What to expect. We clear the blockage first, then put a camera down the line if the cause is not obvious or if the same drain keeps backing up. That is the difference between clearing a drain and fixing one: the camera shows whether you have roots, a low spot holding water, or a broken section, so you are not paying to snake the same line twice a year.

Why Eastridge. A drain that blocks repeatedly is usually telling you something structural, and a camera turns that from a guess into something you can see for yourself. If the line does need work, the estimate for it comes in writing before anything else happens.

When to call us

  • Slow drains in more than one fixture
  • Gurgling sounds from toilets or drains
  • Sewage smell inside or outside the house
  • Backups that keep coming back

Sewer & Water Lines

Water and sewer lines repaired, replaced, and installed, including pressure-reducing (PRV) valves and polybutylene (blue poly) replacement.

What to expect. We find the problem before opening the ground, so the digging stays as small as the job allows. The written estimate covers the line, the excavation, and putting the ground back, and you approve it before work starts.

Why Eastridge. Polybutylene is the grey or blue plastic pipe fitted in a lot of houses built between the late 1970s and the mid 1990s, and it tends to fail from the inside where nothing shows until it lets go. Eastridge has been replacing it around North Atlanta since 1996, so it is familiar work rather than a first time.

When to call us

  • Soggy or unusually green patches in the yard
  • A water bill that suddenly jumped
  • Low or fluctuating water pressure
  • Discolored water at the tap

Repairs & Replacements

Toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, frozen pipes, and leaks of every kind, fixed or replaced and done right the first time.

What to expect. A small job gets the same treatment as a large one: we look at it, tell you what it needs, and give you the price before starting. If a repair will hold, we will say so, and if it will not and a replacement is the honest answer, we will say that instead.

Why Eastridge. Most of these are straightforward for someone who has done them several thousand times, and you get a rate for the actual job rather than a menu price. The same written estimate a big job would get applies to a running toilet.

When to call us

  • A toilet that runs, rocks, or won't flush
  • A disposal that hums but won't spin
  • A sump pump that hasn't kicked on lately
  • Any leak you keep putting a bucket under

Gas Pipe Installation

Water and gas piping installed and repaired safely and to code by a Master Plumber, including hookups for new gas appliances.

What to expect. We size the line for the appliance rather than assuming the existing pipe will carry it, which matters most when something is being added instead of swapped like for like. The work is pressure tested before it is signed off, and the price is in writing first.

Why Eastridge. Gas is where the licence lettered on the van stops being decoration. Johnny holds a Non-Restricted Master Plumber licence, MP006952, and does this work himself rather than sending someone.

When to call us

  • Adding a gas range, dryer, water heater, or grill
  • Renovating and need lines moved or extended
  • An aging flex line or fitting you don't trust

If you ever smell gas, leave the building first and call your gas utility's emergency line. Then call us for the repair.

Remodeling & New Construction

Kitchen and bathroom remodels and new-construction plumbing, from moving supply and drain lines to complete rough-in and finish work.

What to expect. Remodel work usually splits into two visits: rough-in while the walls are still open, then finish once surfaces and cabinets are in. We work around the other trades’ schedule, and the written estimate covers both stages before the first one begins.

Why Eastridge. Rough-in is the part nobody ever sees and the part that is expensive to get wrong, because it is behind tile and drywall by the time a mistake shows itself. One Master Plumber doing the rough-in and coming back for the finish means one person is accountable for both.

When to call us

  • Planning a kitchen or bath remodel
  • Moving or adding fixtures
  • Building new and need a plumbing contractor from rough-in to final
