What to expect. Tell us roughly how old the unit is, whether it runs on gas or electric, and what it is doing. The old heater comes out, the new one goes in, and a thermal expansion tank is fitted where code calls for one. You get the price in writing before any of that starts.

What to expect. We clear the blockage first, then put a camera down the line if the cause is not obvious or if the same drain keeps backing up. That is the difference between clearing a drain and fixing one: the camera shows whether you have roots, a low spot holding water, or a broken section, so you are not paying to snake the same line twice a year.
